All registrants must submit a current copy of their medical license, or practice equivalent, in order to participate in this event. You will be able to upload such documentation after you register. Documentation must be uploaded to your ISEN account by April 26, 2026. Trainee and student registrants must verify their status via an enrollment verification letter.
